Overview​

System Management is the unified foundation and governance hub of the BK-Lite platform. It is designed to provide enterprises with platform-wide identity authentication, organizational structure management, permission control, notification channels, and security auditing capabilities. Through flexible menu orchestration and fine-grained data permission controls, the System Management module helps enterprises build a multi-application governance framework that is both highly collaborative and securely isolated.

API keys are displayed in full only once after creation through a confirmation dialog; subsequent list pages show only masked preview values, preventing long-term credential exposure.
  • Full-Chain Operation Auditing: Provides detailed log tracking and export capabilities covering user logins, critical operations, and system anomalies — ensuring every risky operation is fully traceable. Beyond standard fields like timestamp, user, IP, application, and action, operation logs now include two new structured fields: Operation Target and Change Details, significantly reducing the time and effort needed for accountability determination and compliance evidence collection.

  • Platform-Wide Notification Channel: IT governance teams can centrally bind messaging platforms such as WeCom, DingTalk, and others under this system, providing a unified outbound notification channel for upstream systems (such as monitoring, OpsPilot, etc.).
